Ok, just so you know, I know absolutely nothing about 3d modeling. I'll just tell you what looks off, I wouldn't know how to fix it.

Midna's left shoulder needs to be pulled out a little more. Her knees look too high, but maybe that's due to the angle you have her in.

And ears. I want her to have elf ears, like Link and Zelda (not round like Ilia and people from Ordon). But not poking out perpendicularly, just laying parallel against the sides of her head.

I hope I didn't offend you D: I never know when I go too far when people ask for advanced crit.
