Description
This is an HD redo of my piece "Encounter of the Seventh Kind," originally posted here on DeviantArt back in May of 2010. I liked that piece, but was never happy with the old models in those types of close-up shots; the textures never held up well, and the model smoothing always shone through badly.
With the new models, this piece came out 1000 times better, no small thanks to my newly acquired Photoshop skills either.
I'm quite happy with the result.
